Are these marble mazes or puzzles?
They're both! They each start as an intricate 3D wooden puzzle that you snap together. Don't worry, you don't need glue or tools.
After that, the finished product is a functional marble maze encased in acrylic. Tilt and turn in all directions to roll the marble from start to finish.

Does the display case come with it?
Yes, everything you need is in the box, even a little section of sandpaper to remove any burs from the wooden pieces.
What's different between them all?
Each of our marble mazes are unique designs that vary in size, piece count, and difficulty.
We have two series of products: our Original series (marble can fall from the track), and our Level series (marble cannot fall from the track). For more info, see our full comparison.
Are they made from real wood?
You bet they are. We use the best baltic birch wood in every puzzle to maximize the strength and aesthetic of the finished product.
Heck, it even smells like a campfire right when you open the box. What's not to love about that?
Are more models coming soon?
We don't want to spoil the fun, but we do plan to keep our ideas flowing and our machines going. As long as our puzzles are loved, we will keep designing more, so go check out our current puzzles to support the development of new ones!
Where are they all produced?
Every Intrism puzzle is made in the USA (Columbus, OH). We source all raw materials (wood, acrylic, marbles, booklets, etc.) from the USA as well, with most of the material coming directly from other businesses in Columbus.

Do they make good gifts?
They make *great* gifts, especially with our happiness guarantee and our extended holiday return policy (up to January 15th).

What if I break a piece?
Don't fret! Replacement wooden pieces are totally free (available here). Just type in the step number of the piece(s) you need and we will get you back to building.
We also sell the display cases as individual pieces and packs of marbles in fun colors.
What if I don't like it?
We really think you will, buuuuut... if you don't, no hard feelings. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving it and we'll send you a free return label.
