Enjoyed the product a lot. It was fun to piece together, and it's been on the counter at my brewery for a few days and I and customers are enjoying playing with it. Customer service is fast and personal (not AI/offshore!) Overall, a very nice experience.
I didn’t even get it. USPS was no help. They had no idea where the package is even though they have a tracking number. Intrism has not gotten back to me. My son didn’t get his gift at all for Christmas. I am wondering if this is all a scam. I would give it no star if I could. It is in the hands of my credit card company.
Our youngest son worked on it same day as he got it and really enjoyed it. Kept him busy for a couple hours. Turned out great. Highly recommend
The USPS kept our package in the Kansas City distribution center for 7 days before sending it on to Odessa. Please do not use them to ship your products in the future. We are out of town for Christmas so have not actually received it yet.

I thought I was gonna break it the entire time, but what I actually broke was the case. It works for the most part, but it does come apart, sometimes.
I gave a bunch as gifts to the young adults in our extended family and was relieved to see the quality of the cuts and design were nice. The one I saw went together well without additional tools and was a decent challenge to play with. My son tried to put his together without instructions as an added challenge but did in the end need to consult the instructions.
