Pop open the box and build the entire thing yourself—no tools, no glue, no problem. Once it’s assembled, your mission is simple (in theory): guide the marble through a mind-bending maze of turns, ramps, and dead ends. You’ll rely on memory and logic to find the path—because this cube doesn’t take kindly to guesswork.

Level One is designed to have three levels of assembly difficulty (easy, medium, and hard). Depending on your expierence and the difficulty level you select, it can take from 30 minutes to several hours to complete.
Can you stain or varnish the wood?
Yes & yes! Adding your own pop of color truly makes it one-of-a-kind. We don't recommend using paint which could increase the thickness of the pieces.
What's the difference between Level One and Intrism Pro & Mini?
Level One introduces new concepts that are not present in our Original Series (Intrism Pro and Mini).
Level One is designed to be able to be put together with or without the assembly guide.
Additionally, the maze is designed so that the marble will not fall off the track during play, requiring players to concentrate on finding the route to the finish line rather than also relying on dexterity.
Can you disassemble and assemble the puzzle again?
Intrism puzzles are designed to be assembled once, but you can play the maze endlessly.
How hard is the maze to solve?
Level One has three levels of difficutly to solve. Depending on which option you pick, the maze can be easy or a challenge to solve.
Can the marble fall off the track?
Level One is designed so the marble cannot fall off the track.

Fun to build, took about 2hours for these 71 year old fingers. I haven't solved the puzzle yet, but it looks cool on my desk!

It is very very small. The pieces are not that easy to maneuver but a steady hand helps. The instruction are easy to read and the final product is enjoyable.

Another great Intrism product
The Intrism Level One Pocket Edition is a great little puzzle. I found the puzzle easy to build with the clear instructions provided. The components are of excellent quality and I am sure they will last for many many years. This puzzles is essentially the same as the Level One puzzle, but in a convenient take it with you size. These puzzles are fun to build, fun to solve the maze, and make great display pieces. I own every Intrism puzzle and can highly recommend any of them.
I had an issue with advertised vs USPS estimated delivery dates. I had chosen a higher shipping cost in order to recive my package a day ealier than regular shipping. But when the USPS tracking number came, the proposed delivery date as the same as the cheaper shipping.
I submitted a note to customer servcie who promptly replied and offered to waive all my shipping cost. But to top it off, the USPS did manage to get my package delivered in time.
Bottom line, great, responsive customer service. You don't find th at alot now days.
